On September 30, 2024, the Phase 2 submission period closed and the judging process began. First, judges reviewed all submissions against the Phase 2 evaluation criteria. Based on their evaluation, the judges recommended 15 teams to advance to a live Q&A, which will inform their recommendations for up to five Phase 2 winners. Those winners will receive $200,000 each and advance to the Phase 3 incubator.
